Responsibility
? Lead the Recruitment Team in ensuring a full pipeline of candidates through the publication of roles both internally and externally and ensure a smooth process for all managers and candidates.
? Support the Development of the team in creating and making available a full suite of development initiatives that are fully utilized, measured and tracked
? Manage all Head Count and Hiring Approvals ensuring 100% compliance
? Manage relations across businesses and Talent Acquisition teams, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner. ? Search and recruit Senior Manager and above roles ? Recruitment Progress Report consolidation
? Other analytical recruitment reports (annual hiring review, hit rate, etc)
? Drive specialized recruitment programs to address unique needs and spikes in hiring volume and slate/pipeline development.
? Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
? Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.

Required skills & qualifications
? Bachelor's Degree with equivalent 5 years total recruiting experience.
? Minimum 4+ year's Information Technology recruitment focus.
? Fluent English and Chinese.
? Good at communication and reporting.
? Full of passions with recruiting and software business area
