Job Description:

1. Develop and enlarge the sales base of “new clients” and “market share” in Greater China or in assigned location.

2. Assist Head of Sales / Business Development to formulate sales / marketing strategies and execute the plans in the responsible region.

3. Manage the responsible team in terms of personnel, administration, general team management, resources allocation, etc..

4. Supervisor the local BD team and Marketing team with the goal of achieving sales and market targets.

5. Communicate with other Business Lines / departments on behalf of Softlines.

6. Support and work on key accounts.

7. Work with Account Management Team and project team.

8. Handle customer's inquiries with professional manner.

9. Plan and develop overall strategies and quantitative annual targets according to market trend.

10. Achieve the annual targets for the team and for himself/herself.

11. Perform quality work according to the requirement of TüV Rheinland Group and ISO/IEC 17025.

12. Achieve company branding.

Job Requirement:

1. University diploma or above with equivalent of relevant discipline.

2. 5 years relevant working experience in testing industry is prepared.

3. Good sense of sales and marketing trend.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Be proactive in sales activity.
