R&D Lab Technician

Responsibilities:

1. According to the plan and arrangement, perform sample test, implement or develop analytical methods. Support the work as team member.

根據(jù)計(jì)劃與安排，執(zhí)行研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的樣品測試、分析方法實(shí)施與開發(fā)，作為團(tuán)隊(duì)成員配合相關(guān)工作。

2. Perform the routine maintenance and repairing of assigned equipment to guarantee the instruments in good condition. And implement the periodic maintenance and calibration of instruments based on the company guideline and arrangement.

保證儀器的良好狀態(tài)，對所分配的儀器進(jìn)行日常維護(hù)和維修。并且按照公司規(guī)定對儀器的進(jìn)行定期維護(hù)和校驗(yàn)。

3. Maintain 5S of labs, be responsible for the routine exam for the lab assigned.

維持實(shí)驗(yàn)室5S，并負(fù)責(zé)所分配實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常檢查。

4. GMP Responsibility

GMP 職責(zé)

Attend the training and perform the operation according to GMP requirements.

依照GMP要求參與相關(guān)培訓(xùn)并進(jìn)行相關(guān)操作。

5. Perform other duties as assigned.

完成上級分配的其他任務(wù)。

We Expect

1. 本科，化學(xué)/應(yīng)用化學(xué)/制藥相關(guān)專業(yè)

2. 基本掌握各類分析方法的原理，能夠按照項(xiàng)目需要開發(fā)各類基本的分析方法

3. 對GMP& ISO質(zhì)量體系有初步的認(rèn)識

4. 熟悉操作各種分析儀器，包括HPLC， GC， 自動滴定儀等

5. 具有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力，動手操作能力

6. 具備英語讀寫能力，能夠撰寫各類英文報(bào)告；

7. 工作認(rèn)真，負(fù)責(zé)，細(xì)致；具備已業(yè)務(wù)為導(dǎo)向的意識
