Job Description

Opportunity with the role: Working closely with the Project leadership team this role provides complete visibility of various Project scale up activities such as – Recruitment, Engineering, Logstics, Project milestones and liaising with various Government autoroties.

• Support the Project Director/ Site Head and the Site Leadership team on various activities, such as:
• Coordinate meeting and communication including meeting arrangement, invitation sending, meeting minutes taking and meeting results’ following up.
• Coordinate regarduing Business Unit/ Operations related reports
• Responsible for Internal and external visits’ management, including agenda arrangement, Hotel reservation, Car booking etc
• Coordinate with Government bodies/ authorities on various funding support, permissions and approvals needed for the project
• Work closely with the HR, Recruitment and IT Department on the Recruitment and onboarding of the project team
• Provide assistance in the routine & administrative departmental work
• Liaise with various internal departments within the site and extended project teams to assist on client audit/ customer visits
• Perform other duties as assigned

We expect:

?Bachelor Degree, 3 years working experience or above

?Good and fluent English and Mandarin in both written and spoken

?Experienced in cross-functional team collaboration
