Financial Control Manager, Commercial

 

This individual will be responsible for efficient, accurate, transparent Business performance reporting and align with corporate/region reporting requirement, as well as coordinate commercial budget and monthly outlook process.

In this role, you will support the business growth with profound business knowhow from finance perspective. To be as the window function and bridge between business and finance BSO/Operation controlling, as well as strong support to new projects, etc .

You will also cover at least but no limit, like credit control, rebate, Price, PC2 etc.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor selling prices, related cost management including rebate and gross margin/PC2 of each product including plant products and trading goods per company's definitions.

• Check sales contracts from commercial controlling view to ensure compliance requests

• Credit term/limit control based per company's policy

• Actual& outlook Ship to report on monthly basis and details Sales & PC2 report analysis for each BU and Segment

• SAR cost monitor on monthly basis

• Coordinate Budget process

• Get involved into commercial projects to support biz development as BP.

• Other ad hoc

   

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Financial management or related area.

• Solid Controlling experience in multinational company; Experience in manufacturing environment or big 4 companies is preferred.

• Fluent English skill both in written and oral

• Strong communication skill and can work under pressure

• SAP skill is preferred
