The Head of Quality China, LPB has overall responsibility over the Quality functions of the site, leading the Quality Assurance & Quality Control departments. The role is a member of the Site Leadership Team and reports solid line into the Head of Quality Operations, Clinical Development & Manufacturing, and dotted line into the General Manager China, LPB.   In the start-up phase of the project, the role plays a critical part in establishing the Quality functions, the validation of the site and its preparedness for cGMP clinical to commercial production.  The role ensures establishment of procedures, policies and practices in full compliance and consistency with Lonza’s global quality standards. Upon completion of the project phase, the role will assumes accountability of Quality (QA & QC).
