Job Description Summary

Responsible for the manufacture of therapeutic proteins under cGMP conditions.

General requirements:

1. Perform assigned tasks (by Section Lead/ Manager) both with and without supervision
2. Perform equipment monitoring & and basic 6S housekeeping
3. Perform basic laboratory tasks (e.g. sampling, pH/ conductivity/ osmolality measurements etc.)
4. Perform routine sanitization tasks to maintain facility standards
5. Able to multi-task on equipment preparations & operations to ensure adherence to schedule
6. Use Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), logbooks, Batch Records (BRs) or eBRs (Electronics Batch Records) effectively & competently
7. Make basic decisions e.g. know when to seek help & who to contact

Buffer/Media preparations

1. Enhanced knowledge of the different setup and equipment use between customers for different operations.
2. Able to identify and lead the installation of the different set up and equipment for different customers for different operations

Dispensing/Autoclave/Equipment Wash

1. Able to identify the correct materials by part number and FEFO lots.
2. Select appropriate Dispensing Booths/Hoods and Weight balance.
3. Assemble Autoclave assembly per SOP.
4. Able to perform equipment wash without stains and residues.
5. Coordinate and executing the equipment and materials request from the different sections.
6. Lead the coordination with warehouse personnel on the receiving and returning of items.
7. Ensure only released materials are received from warehouse.

Requirement:

1. Junior experience in manufacturing working experience in bio-pharmacy and pharmacy industry, attain basic understanding of cGMP requirements & compliance within a GMP manufacturing setting.
2. Junior college above, preferred major in biology/ pharmacy.
3. Good at communication and teamwork.
