Principal Accountabilities

In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:


Responsibilities:

Planning & Budget (5%)

2-1 Develops and proposes annual R2R operation budget (operation cost, HC plan) according to the business plan

2-2 Optimizes the approved budget to better achieve the business target


Operation Management (50%)

3-1 Monitors and assures achievement of annual operating budget and key performance metrics.

3-2 Monitors to assure achievement of customer service requirements as defined by both formal Service Level Agreements as well as Customer Satisfaction(Net Promoter Surveys)

3-3 Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements.

3-4 Accountable for assuring successful implementation of standard R2R processes and enabling related technology.

3-5 Accountable for coordinating with the transition team to assure successful migration of all in scope activities to the consolidated locations.

3-6 Drives continuous improvement program, promote and manage the functional improvement project, and coordinate with other function heads to implement the SSC whole business improvement project


Team Management (45%)

4-1  Mentors and coaches direct reports and assist direct reports in managing their teams.

4-2  Implements formal career path and succession plans in conjunction with the SSC talent management program to identify and develop key talent for future roles.

Assures achievement of all objectives related to workforce management, including turnover, talent development, employee engagement, etc.


Relevant Experience & Requirement:

·        Bachelor degree and above, Major in Finance & Accounting, Minor in Mathematics or Computer, with modeling establishment experience is preferred and hold the CPA or ACCA Certificate is a must;

·        At least 2- 3 years in management experience with foreign enterprise, “big four” work experience is preferred;

·        Has proven professional experience in Analysis Area is preferred;

·        Good people management skills, process management skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, influence skills, and customer oriented;

·        Integrity, positive, self-motivated, responsible, open, well-organized, team player, able to work under pressure

Fluent both oral and written Chinese and English.
