• Work as Attendance system administrator; monitor accuracy and compliance of the attendance transaction such as OT, leave and absence.

• Coordinate staff employment related operations such as new hired on-boarding package preparation, labor contract renewal, probation review; employment enrollment and termination in labor bureau.

• Administer daily payroll and benefits operation such as social insurance, housing accumulation fund enrollment or termination for 3rd party contractor and Intern management

• HR team Admin support ( stationery order and delivery, PR, PO management, documentation, filing etc. clerical tasks )

• Transaction activity outside the office （such as visit social security bureau, social medical, injury insurance claim application)

• Provide answers about staff’s inquires in terms of company policies, government regulations, payroll calculation, individual income tax and etc.

• Prepare employment certificate, personnel change communication letter as necessary.

• Maintain employee profile.

This position requires a university degree, with 1 or 2 years relevant experience in the Human Resources is preferred. Good potential fresh graduate may be considered. Basic requirements are as following:

• Good computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Attention to details, proactive, service oriented and can work independently

• Strong team player, willing to learn and share experience with other team members

• Good speaking, reading and written English skills
