Responsibilities:

1.    Analyze customer demand trends and monitor the inventory level according to the change of sales trends.

2.    Monitoring the market inventory by replenishment planning; communicate to all related parties to ensure market 

requirement be fulfilled.

3.    Issue weekly/monthly Shipment Order as well as Weekly Shipment Schedule in considering of production planning.

4.    Coordinate among markets for deciding on product launch, change of product design and best solution to 

customers' requests.

5.    Control the item change version to minimize the write off inventory on the obsolete and slow moving items.

6.    Understand production constraints in terms of capacity and material supplies and discuss with customers for best 

solution.  Then, arrange replenishment schedules accordingly.

7.    Ensure data accuracy in systems including order and forecast.

8.    Total customer satisfaction in the areas of delivery, shipment scheduling and problems resolving.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree / Higher Diploma, in science, manufacturing or management discipline, lower level is acceptable with more relevant experience.
2. 1`3 years' experience in customer service and coordination
3. Experience in MRPII/Supply Chain Management/ERP
4. Self-initiative and motivated, influencing and independent with good analytical mind
5. Fluent in both writing and speaking English
