匯報(bào)對(duì)象：工程技術(shù)部經(jīng)理


工作職責(zé)：
1. 設(shè)計(jì)工業(yè)廢水和純水處理系統(tǒng)；
2. 審查客戶(hù)（買(mǎi)方）發(fā)出的詢(xún)價(jià)文件和預(yù)算性詢(xún)價(jià)文件包括水質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)、工藝要求及規(guī)格書(shū)、圖紙等；
3. 設(shè)計(jì)與生成設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)表如靜設(shè)備、閥門(mén)、水泵、風(fēng)機(jī)等；
4. 根據(jù)工藝流程圖和布置圖進(jìn)行工藝設(shè)備的選型和計(jì)算；執(zhí)行合理的計(jì)算以保證設(shè)備選型和設(shè)計(jì)的合理；
5. 根據(jù)工藝數(shù)據(jù)表和簽訂的技術(shù)協(xié)議、招標(biāo)書(shū)等向供應(yīng)商詢(xún)價(jià)；
6. 對(duì)不同的供應(yīng)商提供的技術(shù)報(bào)價(jià)進(jìn)行技術(shù)評(píng)比， 和不同的供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行技術(shù)溝通與確認(rèn)；
7. 供應(yīng)商確定后， 確認(rèn)供應(yīng)商提供的設(shè)計(jì)輸入條件如規(guī)格書(shū)、數(shù)據(jù)表、圖紙等；基于供應(yīng)商的輸入條件， 生成最終的數(shù)據(jù)表；
8. 協(xié)助應(yīng)用部門(mén)的方案設(shè)計(jì)如工藝流程計(jì)算、方案準(zhǔn)備、翻譯等工作；
9. 在中標(biāo)后， 協(xié)助應(yīng)用部門(mén)團(tuán)隊(duì)準(zhǔn)備項(xiàng)目移交資料
10. 參與SAP的工作，如生成和上傳物料清單和預(yù)算清單等；
11. 密切配合國(guó)外分公司如 ASA（印度）、AIC（美國(guó)總部）、ICD（美國(guó)零排放中心）的工作


任職要求：
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷，環(huán)境工程、化學(xué)工程、化工工藝等專(zhuān)業(yè)
2. 至少 5 年以上純水 / 污水系統(tǒng)工藝設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. 熟練掌握水處理設(shè)備如澄清池、離子交換系統(tǒng)、超濾、反滲透、EDI等
4. 具有扎實(shí)的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)，能獨(dú)立完成工作
5. 在指導(dǎo)下能盡快掌握新知識(shí)，學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)
6. 流利的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力，能用英文撰寫(xiě)技術(shù)文件
7. 熟練掌握AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Word, Excel 等辦公軟件
8. 偶爾需出差至東北、西北等項(xiàng)目所在地



Position: Senior Process Engineer
Report to: Engineering & Application Department Manager


Responsibilities:
1. Be familiar with designing industrial waste water and pure water treatment systems;
2. Review customers’ RFP (Request for Proposal) or RFQ (Request for Quotation), specifications and drawings;
3. Generate equipment datasheet such as vessels, valves, pumps, blowers etc.;
4. Handle some process/size calculations as per PFD and LAYOUT; Perform appropriate calculations to ensure proper sizing and design;
5. Ask for quotation from vendors based on datasheet and customers’ RFQ;
6. Give technical bid assessment for all the vendors’ quotation and communicate with vendors;
7. Confirm vendor’s input such as specifications, datasheet and drawings; generate the final datasheet;
8. Offer necessary assistance to Application Department in pre﹐rder such as process calculation, proposal preparation, translation, etc.;
9. Help Application Department to prepare handover documents after getting the project;
10. Involve in SAP B1 activities such as BOM generating & uploading, Budgetary generating and uploading;
11. Work closely with overseas companies such as Aquatech System Asia (ASA) and Aquatech International Company (AIC) and Industrial Concentration & Desalination (ICD)


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process, etc.;
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Pure Water / Waste Water process design and costing;
3. Good understanding of pure water and waste water treatment equipment & processes for Clarifier, Ion Exchange, Ultra filter, Reverse Osmosis and EDI;
4. Demonstrates solid technical competency in area of core responsibility;
5. Ability and Willingness to work / learn new technologies with guidance;
6. Fluent in written and verbal English, can write technical document in English;
7. Computer proficiency with AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
8. May travel to project sites in Northeast China and Northwest China.
