Overall Responsibility  :

. Passionate in new technologies & driving changes

.  Participant in ICT or Enterprise solution in China

.  Managing new built projects

.  Planning, coordinating and execution of Construction or related projects

.  This is an individual contributor role. The Candidate will be a key member of the team and will be the main interface between vendors, remote specialists, internal teams and our clients

 Principal Accountabilities :

1. Responsible for overall project management and ensure effective cooperation among the stakeholders to guarantee smooth implementation of activities and achievements

2. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time by planning and monitoring the progress

3. Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects, organize and engage in the meeting among all level of projects;

4. Hold regular review meetings with contractors to assess work quality, progress, cost, schedule, safety, health and environmental matters.

5. Straightly follow and fully comply with the client's End-to-end project management process

6. Prepare project scope, tender, BQ and guidelines, seed funding of Capex work for projects and prepare the proposal and outline

7. Supervise contractors in scheduling and monitoring of project work and post-inspection upon completion.

8. Advise and assist Account Manager on proposed capex budget requirements and planning for capex work.

9. Coordinate and monitor schedules of capex work to ensure license and consents to be obtained timely.

10.Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor and the team.

 

Education :

.   Degree in IT/ Construction/Engineering related discipline

.   at least 3 years managing projects in ICT solution or Construction in either area

.   A team player with good leadership and communication skills; independent and organized; committed and reliable; hands on with the ability to effectively planahead, monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within time and cost budget

.  Good communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese

.  Dynamic and self-motivated

.  Create reports using industry standard tools (Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint)

.  proven track record of satisfying clients with his / her level of personal service

.    *** This position is required travel one / two times in a month***
