崗位職責(zé)

1. Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and safe execution of projects, actively participating in all phases of the project.
2. Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.
3. Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project(s) to agreed terms of reference.
4. Manages the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverable are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off.
5. Provides effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience.
6. Do presales support.
任職要求

1. 5 to 8 years working experience with 3 to 5 years management experience.
2. good at team communication.
3. Have presales support experience.
4. Have technical background with any of the technical strength – Java or .Net or PHP.
5. Have experiences and knowledge for any of the solution – ecommerce, mobile, ERP, ODC.
6. have solid team and project management skills.
7. outgoing.
8. experience to deal with clients is a plus.
9. Good English and Mandarin, Cantonese is an advantage.
