• Leads, manages and implements projects and business plans while meeting performance hurdles. Holds team members and cross-functional partners accountable to tasks and deadlines.
• Tracks the efforts and progress of the project team and insures visibility of progress and successful completion of project through use of appropriate project tracking tools, timelines, team meetings, etc.
• Leads project team and ensures all roles and responsibilities for the team are clearly defined and communicated. Can lead and manage change that may arise.
• Responsible for creating stage-gate contract documents and submitting for electronic approvals by management to proceed to next phase of NPD project(s). Makes process improvement recommendations as needed.
• Works with the team members in developing solutions to issues that arise during the progress of the project. Takes corrective action when projects are not on track for targeted completion.
• Work to ensure risks within a project are clearly defined, mitigated, and communicated to team and appropriate levels of management.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or the Sciences
• At least 10 years' experience in a related technical and/or business responsibility at the professional level
• At least 5 years of project management experience with the ability to manage large, complex projects
• Experience in leading new product development introductions
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
