Job Description:

The Lean Engineer is responsible for driving process improvement, operational excellence. They will support the implementation of cultural changes towards a process of continuous improvement. They will act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Lean six sigma projects. They will mentor colleagues on all aspects of Operation Excellence to support a deeper understanding of best practices.

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate performance Visual Boards to make sure: all work is on track, have corrective actions for bad trend or abnormality.

2. Coordinate continuous improvement projects to decrease batch lead time, increase internal utility, and save cost.

3. Push Root Cause Analysis for deviation from quality & batch lead time

4. Push 6S practice in office area through 6S standard & 6S representative team from all departments.

5. Any other duties assigned by manager.

Key requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering(IE) is preferred

2. Willing to take 6-10 months internal work training

3. Practical working experience on lean manufacturing environment with project experience on lean or 6 Sigma management in shop floor & office

4. Certified GB will be highly preferred.

5. Industry knowhow from extrusion die business will be an advantage.

6. Humble, Good communication & coordination skill

7. Good written English, oral English is preferred

廣州法萊模具設(shè)計(jì)有限公司系一家外商投資企業(yè)，成立于2007年10月23日，注冊(cè)資本為10.5萬(wàn)美元。公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍為：提供模具和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品零部件的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、咨詢。我司致力為全球擠壓模具制造企業(yè)提供專業(yè)的模具設(shè)計(jì)及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)技術(shù)方案，現(xiàn)有的客戶集中在歐洲。我司利用FEM系統(tǒng)（Finite Element Method）對(duì)鋁型材的擠壓過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬, 仿真整個(gè)擠壓成形過(guò)程，預(yù)測(cè)實(shí)際擠壓過(guò)程中可能出現(xiàn)的缺陷及其位置，及早優(yōu)化擠壓模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)整擠壓工藝參數(shù)和有針對(duì)性的指明技術(shù)解決方案。此技術(shù)實(shí)際上是將生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的“試模-修模-試?！边^(guò)程轉(zhuǎn)移到計(jì)算機(jī)上完成，以部分替代模具設(shè)計(jì)制造過(guò)程中費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)事的試模工作。此外，我司向客戶提供高效的CAD/CAM加工制造技術(shù)服務(wù)，運(yùn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)對(duì)模具三維造型分模塊進(jìn)行二次開發(fā)，同時(shí)運(yùn)用了國(guó)外先進(jìn)的加工生產(chǎn)模擬軟件對(duì)程序設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行加工模擬，對(duì)數(shù)控機(jī)床操作全過(guò)程和加工運(yùn)行全環(huán)境進(jìn)行仿真，從而進(jìn)行數(shù)控模擬加工，完成整個(gè)加工過(guò)程的仿真。
