Job Description:

The Lean Engineer is responsible for driving process improvement, operational excellence. They will support the implementation of cultural changes towards a process of continuous improvement. They will act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Lean six sigma projects. They will mentor colleagues on all aspects of Operation Excellence to support a deeper understanding of best practices.

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate performance Visual Boards to make sure: all work is on track, have corrective actions for bad trend or abnormality.

2. Coordinate continuous improvement projects to decrease batch lead time, increase internal utility, and save cost.

3. Push Root Cause Analysis for deviation from quality & batch lead time

4. Push 6S practice in office area through 6S standard & 6S representative team from all departments.

5. Any other duties assigned by manager.

Key requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering(IE) is preferred

2. Willing to take 6-10 months internal work training

3. Practical working experience on lean manufacturing environment with project experience on lean or 6 Sigma management in shop floor & office

4. Certified GB will be highly preferred.

5. Industry knowhow from extrusion die business will be an advantage.

6. Humble, Good communication & coordination skill

7. Good written English, oral English is preferred

廣州法萊模具設計有限公司系一家外商投資企業(yè)，成立于2007年10月23日，注冊資本為10.5萬美元。公司的經營范圍為：提供模具和相關產品零部件的工業(yè)產品設計、咨詢。我司致力為全球擠壓模具制造企業(yè)提供專業(yè)的模具設計及相關領域的專業(yè)技術方案，現有的客戶集中在歐洲。我司利用FEM系統（Finite Element Method）對鋁型材的擠壓過程進行數值模擬, 仿真整個擠壓成形過程，預測實際擠壓過程中可能出現的缺陷及其位置，及早優(yōu)化擠壓模具結構設計、調整擠壓工藝參數和有針對性的指明技術解決方案。此技術實際上是將生產現場的“試模-修模-試?！边^程轉移到計算機上完成，以部分替代模具設計制造過程中費時費事的試模工作。此外，我司向客戶提供高效的CAD/CAM加工制造技術服務，運用標準化技術對模具三維造型分模塊進行二次開發(fā)，同時運用了國外先進的加工生產模擬軟件對程序設計進行加工模擬，對數控機床操作全過程和加工運行全環(huán)境進行仿真，從而進行數控模擬加工，完成整個加工過程的仿真。
