Job Descriptions：

1. Being responsible for the quality assurance in respect to the correct project handling according to scheme requirements.

2. Review and approval of the applicable test specification and of any additional applicable legal rules and regulations.

3. Overall evaluation of the product based on the submitted documentation. Review and evaluation of the quality of the documents relevant for certification. Review, evaluation and issue Certificate after check of review by Technical Certifier and compliance with the certification procedure.

4. Withdrawal of certificates due to customer request, contract violations or expiry of standard.

5. Performance evaluation of relevant (Technical-) Certifiers as well as and monitoring of the qualification of the relevant (Technical-) Certifiers.

6. Ensuring that processes needed for the certification are implemented. Training of new technical certifiers.

7. Ensuring that processes needed for the Certification body are implemented, maintained.

8. Ensuring that training of procedural, technical and Mark Surveillance case into the operational departments as part of the overall continuous improvement process are established, implemented, maintained and frequently audited.

9. Ensuring that a controlling system to measure and benchmark technical certifiers in order to raise the input quality to the certifier is established and frequently audited.

10. Train and develop the capability of the certifiers in the office location.

11. Support of Mark Surveillance Departments in other regions for scheme specific questions in context of certificate related complaint handling.

12. Approval of marketing material in respect to the relevant certification scheme.

13. Providing support to the management of the certification body with their tasks, such as conducting internal audits in other subsidiaries.

14. Evaluation of Application Review which was submitted by Technical Certifier.

15. Handling and Maintenance of certification schemes and ISO 17065 / ISO 17020 accreditations.

Job Requirements：

1. 3-4 Years experience in BL in a technical function.

2. Diploma degree.

3. Already get Technical Certifier, so that we can apply for the GS certifier qualification within 6 months.

4. In case you are not TC yet, the possibility for a Trainee program for TC and Certifier is also possible.

5. fluent German language (business level)

6. Working location unlimited in GC, preferably in Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, Guangzhou, Ningbo or Shenzhen.
