Job Description:

1. Fulfil stable growth of Plant Planning Solution by cooperating with government, Vocational Schools and Partners 

2. Multiply TUV Rheinland Academy Plant Planning Solution impact in Greater China, the candidate needs to have solid technical background in Plant Planning Solution, full understanding of Plant Planning Solution market and business sense to develop industry clients.

3. Solid project planning, project management and deliverable controlling to meet project requirements.

4. Work as Technical Team leader and be responsible for technical training product design process and local technical team competence build-up for high customer satisfactory rate, and productivity fulfil rate.

5. Cooperate with sales team to visit industry clients and business partners in order to fulfil sales target in Greater China.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Engineering. Candidate with experience of studying abroad is preferred.

2. At least 10 years of working experience.

3. Proven International factory working experiences in engineering and process design.

4. Successful digitalization project design and implement experience with Industry best practice.

5. Plant Planning Solution related tools user and management with evidence.

6. Up-beating team spirit in business development and technical solutions.

7. Fluent English speaking and global team communication experience.
