Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand the business requirement
- As Project Manager to provide the estimation and schedule
- Draft functional specification and technical specification according to business requirement
- Complete programming and unit testing within agreed schedule
- Support testing team to fix SIT/UAT defects promptly
- Lead and support junior developers to deliver the system

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 6+ yrs IT experience
- Good English reading and writing, fluent verbal English is preferable
-6+ yrs J2EE/J2SE experience
- 3+ Web front-end development, like Java script, CSS, Ajax etc.
- 3+ yrs IBM Portal experience (WPS 6.1 and JSR 286)
- 3+ yrs database experience (DB2, Oracle or SQL Server, etc)
- Be familiar with application server IBM Websphere, JBoss Enterprise Sever and IBM HTTP Server
- Project management skill is preferred
- Knowledge with Linux will be beneficial
