1. To ensure all import shipment timely and accurately, and compliance with Customs and government rules and regulations.
2. To deal with Customs/Shipping for import affairs. Include monitor and follow incoming shipment status, arrange pick-up from port or import from HK W/H, completed Custom declaration.
3. To apply for import commodity CIQ certificate and solve the issues about CIQ.
4. To filing and keep the import documents.
5. Import equipment and follow-up management.
6. Hong Kong forwarder daily operation Management
7. Application for exemption of taxes and fees in the China-Us trade war
8. To coordinate with customs broker to settle all kinds of issues occurred on import declaration.

1. College graduate or above or equivalent
2. A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Customs and Shipping field
3. Good interpersonal relationship, Coordination and can-do attitude
4. Good command of English
5. Microsoft Office Applications, special for Excel
6. Be familiar with customs regulations/laws, related customs software (such as SAP, Customs system, 單一窗口…)
