This is a leadership position for someone who can do it all – handle complex business requirement, build and grow a world-class engineering team, and is able to use the previous experience as a rock star engineer to be a hands on mentor and guide. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will be leading the mobile application development activities working with managers and business partners to deliver mobile applications and solutions that drive significant company revenue. ?世界一流大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)及相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)。
?８年以上軟件開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，包括在多用戶，可拓展的高性能商務(wù)網(wǎng)站的開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。并且有帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
?至少３年以上移動終端上應(yīng)用開發(fā)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。熟悉移動應(yīng)用開發(fā)的技術(shù)，包括Java, Object-C, Cocoa Touch, HTML5, Javascript, Web service, Unix等。
?對于移動應(yīng)用開發(fā)的技術(shù)框架非常熟悉，特別是IOS (Cocoa Touch), Android (java + Android SDK), 同時(shí)熟悉網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)（展現(xiàn)，存儲，應(yīng)用，數(shù)據(jù)庫，網(wǎng)絡(luò)），等等。
?樂于從事實(shí)際的設(shè)計(jì)及程序開發(fā)的工作，同時(shí)管理分配工作給團(tuán)隊(duì)成員，并且給他們提供技術(shù)上的指導(dǎo)。同時(shí)積極參與產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)，用戶界面的設(shè)計(jì)以保障及時(shí)的，高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品發(fā)布。

? 8+ year experiences in software development including recent experience developing high performance and high scalable customer facing websites
? Strong people management skills, with at least 2-3 years managing and mentoring direct report engineers
? At least 3 years experience building mobile client applications. Expert level experience programming in Java and Object-C, Cocoa Touch, HTML5, JavaScript, Web services and Unix
? This position requires broad knowledge of modern data platform technologies and expert knowledge of mobile client-side technologies, specifically iOS (Cocoa Touch), Android (Java + Android SDK). Knowledge of any of the following will be helpful web stack technologies (presentation, caching, app, DB, networking), handset idiosyncrasies, and SMS/messaging protocols
? This position requires hands-on design and development as well as leadership of direct reports, and management of development partners, as well as an active interest in product design and mobile interface design
? Strong communication skills and fluent in both English and Mandarin.
? BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree from a top universityIn addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following competencies：
