崗位職責

Job Duties:
1. Analyze the business request/need, guide the business to fully flesh out the intention, objectives, benefits and KPIs of the request, and create full user requirement for communicating to the supplier locally;
2. Meet and interview with the stakeholders;
3. Plan tasks required to meet client needs;
4. Maintain sufficient detailed understanding of the projects to capture business requirements/high level design;
5. Document business / user requirements into solution proposals/use cases/functional specification;
6. Work with the engineering team and architecture team to identify options (Clear Choices) and recommend solution to the best interest of the business;
7. Participate in System Test and User Acceptance Test and make sure systems are tested thoroughly according to business requirements;
8. Data Migration and Project Implementation.

Job Requirements:
1. Has strong communication and documentation skills in English;
2. Be familiar with ERP or Trading & Accounting systems;
3. Above 5 years experience on the business analysis;
4. Strong analysis skill and excellent writing skill;
5. Able to work independently.
