職責：1.參與大型電子商務平臺的開發(fā)構建

4.參與負責大型微博、B2B、B2C、C2C、購物搜索、即時通訊等交互產品開發(fā)
4. To responsible for interactive product development of the large micro-blog, B2B, B2C, C2C, shopping search, instant messaging and so on.
5.參與負責跨平臺電子商務技術方向研究和規(guī)劃
5. Be responsible for cross platform e-commerce technology research and planning.
任職條件：1. 本科及以上學歷，計算機專業(yè)或信息技術專業(yè)；擁有3年以上規(guī)劃經驗，能根據市場變化準確把握新的技術方向；
1) Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or information technology; has more than 3 years of planning experience, can accurately grasp the direction of new technology according to changes in the market;
2. JAVA經驗、熟悉大型網站各平臺系統(tǒng)互聯(lián)網技術發(fā)展及Web2.0業(yè)務有較深的理解；

3. 有很強的團隊領導能力，思維清晰，判斷準確，有決斷能力,責任心強；

4. 熟悉目前主流的大型數據庫、體系架構和開發(fā)工具，能把握技術發(fā)展方向

5. 負責管理技術工作，負責技術層面工作的整體運營，制定技術戰(zhàn)略和計劃，并負責全面實施；

6. 設定合理的技術部門結構，負責前后臺的技術開發(fā)、維護工作，保證公司技術、產品及解決方案的市場領先性

7. 制定工作指標及實施計劃，并定期向上級匯報工作進展并提供相應的電子商務合理化建議；

8. 及時了解行業(yè)內最新技術及其發(fā)展方向，不斷完善技術支持體系，不斷推動產品創(chuàng)新和流程的優(yōu)化，持續(xù)提升公司整體的技術能力；
8) Understanding of the updatest technology in the industry and development direction, constantly improve the technical support system, and push innovation and process, promote technical ability of the whole company;
9. 設計、指導關鍵技術模塊，并對系統(tǒng)安全性、穩(wěn)定性負責；指導并且參與核心代碼的書寫，并對開發(fā)過程進行把關；
9) Design and guide key technical module and responsible for system security.To control develop process and review coding.
10. 帶領技術團隊構架、研發(fā)、設計，測試等，并培養(yǎng)電子商務核心技術人員。
10)To lead technical structure establish, technology development and test, to help on train e-commerce technical team.
11. 精通電子商務網站和社交網絡相關的各類技術開發(fā)架構；
11)Proficient in e-commerce websites and social network related technology development framework;
12. 具備扎實的IT相關專業(yè)知識，具有撰寫規(guī)范技術文檔和手冊能力；
12)Have IT professional knowledge and standard documentation ability.
13. 熟悉項目管理、軟件工程、CMMI、IPD等管理技術；
13)Familiar with Project Manager, software engineer, CMMI and so on.
14. 對項目需求分析、架構設計、技術選型、模塊開發(fā)、數據庫和服務器安裝、調試、平臺部署、安全策略、運行管理等有相對完整的知識結構和工作背景；
14) Have relatively complete knowledge structure and working background of architecture design, technology selection, module design, database and server installation, commissioning, platform deployment,security strategy, operation and management;
15. 具有大型知名互聯(lián)網企業(yè)技術總監(jiān)級經驗者優(yōu)先。
15)Have large director level well-known Internet companies is preferred.
16. 參與過日訪問量過億的大型平臺級電商系統(tǒng)的核心技術搭建者優(yōu)先。
16) To participate in the traffic of 100 million core technology of large platform business system is preferred.
