Job Purpose

The SAP Finance Service senior Analyst provide FI/CO support to Asia Pacific business users, including ITIL Service Delivery process, Deliver Continuous Improvement projects and also Template deployment project. This role will be part of the Global Atlas Finance team base in Guangzhou.

Key Responsibilities
Please list the most important and relevant responsibilities
1. Providing solutions for incidents raised by Functional experts, ensure the service level agreements are met
2. Assist with change management activities which include release and production slots
3. Engage our customers across Asia Pacific and globally
4. Continuously identify and improve system to meet business’ growing requirements
5. Develop global/local SAP solutions for business
6. Participate the project as TRS(Template rollout support)
7. Develop / improve standard operational procedures

Job Specifications/Qualifications

1. Education & Professional Qualification: Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred.
2. Knowledge/Experience
? Good communication, especially in English and interpersonal skills
? Strong analytic and problem solving skills
? Good business process understanding on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry (preferred)
? 3-5 years SAP application support, development or project experience in FI/CO model is a must
? At least 1 full cycle SAP project experience as functional consultant
? Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure
