Context and Scope
Complete how the job gets done and the way it operates
1. Manage the 3rd party engineer to deliver high quality on-site IT support to users basing in ISC. Provide VIP support to senior leaders on IT issues.
2. Manage the infrastructure of ISC Computer Room. Ensure the physical availability for application servers and file servers.
3. Deliver and ensure the IT infrastructure and facilities for IS office, including network, phone system, meeting facilities etc.
4. Manage and deliver the IT asset budget planning & expense control.
5. Manage the delivery of IT knowledge training to all WWY China users.

Job Specifications/Qualifications

1. Education & Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree in computer science or related major in information management.
2. Knowledge/Experience
2-3 years of working experience in IT infrastructure support & end user support.
2-3 years of working experience in project management.
