Job Description

1. Legal Structure Change

- Prepare documents for board director changes, business scope change, etc.

- Coordinate with the external agent and law firms

- File the related documents

2. Contract Management

- Monitor the contract database

- Build up the E-workflow review & approval system

- Prepare the contract template

- Upload contract templates to intranet

- Contract / Document Filing

- Prepare authorization letter to people who sign contracts

3. Legal Research

- Research the related laws & regulations

- Primary analyze based on the laws & regulations

4. Document Draft & Translation

- Draft document based on a template

- Translate legal documents

- Verify the third parties’ translation

5. Provide Adm. support to the projects & job tasks as needed

- Manage calendar & arrange teleconf.

- Arrange travel

- Expense claim

- Purchase stationary

- Take meeting minutes

Qualifications & Experience

• LLB
• At least 1 year experience in a multinational company
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Good in English and Chinese
• Good computer skills (word, excel and PPT)
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to persistent in following up, attention to detail
