Job Description:

1. Handling customer's enquiries, creating test plan, managing projects, checking test reports.

2. Providing the internal and external customers excellent services to achieve the highest possible degree of customer satisfaction and reach sales target together with Sales department.

3. Creating, implementing/enforcing use of standard quality documents, ensure that accreditations for existing and new business are maintained by working closely with QMR.

4. Cooperating with Sales and Marketing department for technical support, updating information of related new regulations, customer care (seminar, training).

5. Carrying out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.

Job Requirement:

1. University degree or degree of the University of Applied Sciences in the specific field.

2. More than 3 years of working experience in related business field.

3. Skills in manual procedures in the field of testing and test equipment application.

4. Forceful but also cooperative in process methods.

5. Interested in business, sensible approach to the resources.

6. Good English skills.

7. Good MS Offices knowledge.
