Production Process Supervisor

Responsible for commercial production and technology transfer for new products in Pharma business. Ensure production meets the requirement from safety, quality and delivery

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for commercial production and technology transfer for new products in Pharma business. Ensure production meets the requirement from safety, quality and delivery.

• Manufacturing execution: Ensure the manufacturing is in a safety, quality, cost efficiency and on time delivery way.

• Responsible for process safety and product quality during manufacturing. Ensure the production actives fulfill the requirements from EHS and GMP regulations.

• Control the raw materials consumption and manufacturing process to meet the target of yield and financial control.

• Responsible for process monitoring, change control and design cleaning concept after campaign

• Deviation handling & Continuous improvement:

• Report/escalate abnormality and take immediately actions according to company policy in a timely manner.

• Responsible for the investigation, CAPA implementation of deviations from both quality and manufacturing and complete investigation report.

• Responsible for continuous improvement in manufacturing and complete related improvement project.

• Training and coaching for operators and others

• Responsible training for operators for manufacturing process and product related instructions/knowledge from EHS and quality perspective.

• Coaching of process related operations during daily production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Medicinal chemistry.

• With more than 2 years of working experience in related area; Familiar with chemical unit operation or manufacturing of API; Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment;

• Familiar with risk analysis and knowledge of process safety and EHS requirement;

• Fluent in oral and written English；

• Good communication skills, team player, good problem solving skill and creativity, self-motivated
