Job Summary:

Cover positions at the working level of production control.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assemble and schedule job stream inputs and organize for submission to computer in accordance with operation manuals and procedures.
• Quality Assurance of proper scheduling of all production systems.
• Review and implement of operation manuals and procedures.
• Review job processing status, system messages to identify incomplete jobs, problem areas and follow up for job recovery.
• Perform output control and ensure the completeness and accuracy.
• Keep accurate records in accordance with the requirements of the department including job sheet, job schedule and user request.
• Perform program transfer tasks and ensure the completeness and accuracy.
• Perform the production control tasks on shift basis, as required.
• Perform job scheduling and processing in accordance with AIA IT and security policy.
• Interface with user and application support to complete the application request.
• Other related assignment as instructed.

Qualifications:

• Education/ Training: University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent. Work Experience 2-5 years of data center or relevant working experience.
• Language/ Skills : Good command of English/ Hands-on knowledge on Wintel platform and Open System
• Personality : Good Team work spirits
