崗位職責:

To maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators. Implement the Group Compliance Policy, as applicable to the roles. Aware the Operational Risk that associated with the role, and to ensure that all actions during the employment with HSBC take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring.

General Processing
To continuously provide high quality processing service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction within the specified Performance Level Agreement’s. Responsible for rapport building and resolving customer inquiries in a professional manner (where applicable). Other responsibilities dependent on process assigned to.

Voice Work
Makes, receives customer calls and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner. Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow-up or direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution. Mainly be responsible for the HK JC credit card application process, which includes data capture, data compliance requirement, KYC and all global standard related procedure performing.

- Experience in handling complex process and / or customer request/queries is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skill, willing to share, good teamwork spirit
- Careful and sensitive to data
