Sales and Correspondence Manager
Sales related
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues. Set individual sales targets with sales team.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team. Evaluate performance of sales staff.
  • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team. Plan and direct sales team training.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue, help preparing budget.
  • Ensure that all CPOs' activities are in accordance with the guidelines and sales compliance.
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, regular sales meetings and sales newsletters.
  • Work to identify areas of focus for boosters and incentive programs. Liaise with Biz on marketing campaign launch.


Correspondence related

  • Provide leadership to Correspondence Officers with a strong focus on service quality, service management and people management
  • Coach, develop and motivate Correspondence Officers to be proficient in providing superior services
  • Investigate and resolve complicated customer problems or serious complaints referred by sub-ordinates
  • Monitor the productivity, performance and the discipline of the staff members
  • Follow-up with various departments to settle daily problems and complaints
  • Coordinate & review with other HK CitiPhone Teams for meeting performance standard
  • Conduct timely capacity planning to ensure sufficient resources to handle the daily operations.
  • Ensure timely handling and approval of customer transactions and requests
  • Handle write-in inquiries on need basis


Requirements:

  • College graduate with at least 5 years relevant sales and service experience in Call Center, of which 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Fluent in spoken English/Cantonese/Mandarin.
  • Good command of written English/Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in customer services sector a plus.
  • Technical sales skills, be able to motivate staff to deliver sales result.
  • Strong leadership and able to continuously motivate staff to achieve.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning, market and economic trend, compliance & security procedures.
  • Stress tolerance, innovation, team player.
