Job Requirement:

• 6+ years of working experience on web front-end development with HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, AngularJS / Bootstrap / ExtJS, and etc.;
• Have working experience in Java.
• Familiar with common software architecture models and a variety of algorithms and data structures e.g. multithreading, network programming (Socket, http/web service) and etc.;
• Knowing RWD (Responsive Web Design)
• Proficient in Internet related applications such as Web Browsers (e.g. IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) and Web Servers (e.g. IIS, Apache, Tomcat, IHS);
• Reasonable Object Orientated Design and development skills;
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines;
• Able to promptly answer support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications;
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English (Plus);
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Entrepreneurial spirit or enjoy working in a startup environment;
• Desire to learn new technologies;

Optional

• Knowing Adobe AEM is preferred;
• Knowing React / React Native is preferred;
• Knowing Sencha Touch / JQuery Mobile and other related popular open-source mobile development frameworks is preferred;
• Good understanding of SDLC -Software Development Life Cycle in software development;
• It’s a plus if the candidate has insurance knowledge;

Job Responsibility:

• Understand users’ requirements and function specification;
• Prepare technical specification;
• Develop software applications;
• Prepare test case, conduct the unit test and system test;
• Other related assignments.
