• Provide technical support to IT operations and user request base on AIA security tools management

• Driving software vendor or infra/network team to find out root cause, and follow up resolution & preventative action

• Manage vendor or in charge of monitor/improve application capacity & performance, maintenance high availability & stability

• Responsible for the application BCP testing, BCP documentation review and revise

• Responsible for application SSL & license renewal

• On behalf application owner for application change management

• Act as project coordinator for medium/large sized project on security application transformation & implementation

• Assist Group office for functional system testing to ensure new security application functionality meet our business requiremen

Competencies

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Required 5 ~ 10 years IT working experience in security tools management or working experience.
• Expert knowledge of one or more IT security products.
• General knowledge of computer hardware and an understanding of how it integrates with the computing systems and databases. Awareness of capabilities and limitations of various configurations.
• A general knowledge of software development theories, methodologies and standards.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. Strong interpersonal and English communication skills, both written and oral, are required.
• IT security certification such as CISA/CISM/CISSP/GSEC is preferred.
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize duties
• Team work spirit, Stable, Mature, Willing to take responsibilit
