Requirement:

9+ years IT experience including 3+ years of BA experiences, preferable with 2+ years supervisory experience. (7+ years IT experience is acceptable if perform well) 

Have good communication skill and business sense, good understanding in BA role and work processes.

Familiar with IT project delivery cycle and common BA tools.

Fluent oral Cantonese. 

Fluent oral English is a plus, at least be able to read and write English documents.

Knowledge and experience in Insurance domain is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Working closely with business users to elicit, analyze and prioritize user requirements, 

establishing system objectives.

2.Designing the system functional solution by working with dev team and helping to provide delivery cost estimation.

3. Prepare system documentations, such as BRD, FS, Test plan, user manual, etc.

4. Work with project manager to control and follow-up user requirement change.

5. Support the communication within business parties and development, provider support to

UAT and deployment.
