Job Summary: Support valuation and mainly on PROMISE Actuarial Model, to take over BAU actuarial jobs from AIA Business Units and Group Actuarial Department in long term.

Responsibilities:

? Be familiar with PROPHET system, support PROMISE actuarial model activities. 

  熟練掌握PROPHET系統(tǒng)，熟練運(yùn)用PROMISE保險(xiǎn)精算模型。

? Receive guidance from business units (BUs) and CA on all technical matters and infrastructure related matters.

  按照各個(gè)BUs以及CA提供的技術(shù)方面以及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施相關(guān)指引去完成各項(xiàng)工作。

? Handle assignments from CA and deliver quality output within deadlines.

在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)，完成CA布置的任務(wù)并提供優(yōu)質(zhì)分析結(jié)果

? Perform change control and production runs, maintenance of the model.

完成模型更改的相應(yīng)控制和生產(chǎn)環(huán)境運(yùn)行及相關(guān)模型的維護(hù)

? Documentation of the model development 

相關(guān)精算模型開(kāi)發(fā)的文件歸檔

? Assist actuarial financial related reports preparation and ensure timely and accurate delivery of actuarial results

協(xié)助參與精算部門(mén)相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告的編制，并且確保報(bào)告的及時(shí)和準(zhǔn)確性。

Requirements: 要求

? University graduate with a major in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics;

精算學(xué)，數(shù)學(xué)或統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)

? Associate Actuary of SOA, or close to ASA.

具有精算師協(xié)會(huì)的助理會(huì)員資格或者具有與之接近的資格。

? Good problem solving and analytical skills.

良好的解決和分析問(wèn)題的能力。

? Good communication skills, proficient in written/spoken English良好的溝通能力，英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力良好

? A good team player.

良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力

? The job level will be depending on the actual experience and qualification.

AIA Actuarial Shared Services Centre (ASSC) locates in Technology Shared Service (TSS/AIAIT Guangzhou), which is subsidiary of AIA, ASSC functionally reports to AIA Group Actuarial Department and support AIA Group, AIA Reinsurance and AIA local business units on Actuarial, its services cover but not limit to, NB coding, year-end assumption, Promise model development and maintenance, IFRS/HK STAT reporting, Dynamic Solvency Test, Economic Capital, Promise Pricing, Stress Capital in ALS, AU Pricing support, AIA Reinsurance report, actuarial new initiatives(Projects) from GO office, and also resource secondment to AIA GO and local business units with on-site working.

AIA Promise Model is centralized and optimized Actuarial model for all AIA business units and various actuarial calculations, it’s based on Prophet and with a comprehensive governance, it performs runs using Prophet Enterprise on Cloud.
