Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Understand the business of AIA Vitality then provide solutions on the daily query from AIA Vitality member, call center, and HK local user.
2. Understand the device logic to link, delink, synced data then provide solutions on the device related issues. Sometimes even need to investigate the root cause of the device issues. Device list which Vitality support: MiBand, AppleHealth, SumsungHealth, Suunto, Garmin, Fitbit, Runkeeper, Misfit, Polar, Strava
3. Monitoring the mailbox of enquiries from members, analysis the members’ queries, and also need to distribute the cases to related parties if it’s not related to us.
4. Follow up the service now tickets with vendor and AIA Group company about the incidents and issues of AIA Vitality.
5. Work closely with HK users to support them on task level.
6. Can provide some good ideas on how to enhance, optimize the process of the job flow. 

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline
2. Good communication skill will be highly needed. Confident with both English and Cantonese communication.
3. Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and analytical skills.
4. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and rapid learning ability.
5. Fluent in both written and spoken English, reading English and CET4 or above is required.
6. Has experience on insurance is preferable
