職位描述：

1.Identify the recruiting needs and qualifications required to target the right potential candidates

2.Proactively sourcing, screening and shortlisting of candidates through all kinds of channel for a wide range of roles

3.Management of recruitment approval process, working closely with candidates and managers to ensure hiring processes are run smoothly

4.Prepare related HR reports as required

5.Other tasks from supervisor as necessary.

任職要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above

2.3-5 years hands-on experience in HR full function 

3.Working experience in multinational companies, preferred IT industry background

4.Proficient in Microsoft Office

5.Good command of English

6.Strong organization and coordination skills 

7.Good communication and interpersonal skills
