? As a member of HR team, act as a primary HR interface and business partner for business division to make sure plans are aligned with the business priorities and needs

? Understand business request and facilitate to identify trends and recommend solutions to continue improvement, such as employee retention and engagement

? Participate and support HR projects, programs or activities as assigned such as salary structure review, performance issue handling and performance review

? Conduct and summarize related HR reports, including but not limited to attrition report, staff engagement report, staff satisfaction report, etc. as required

? Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements such as daily recruitment

Minimum 5 years' HR working experience in recruiting /, training /, talent /and leadership developing programs, at least 2 function.

? Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize; self-directed and able to work under pressure

? Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand; energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

? Working experience in multinational companies preferred

? Good command of English, communication skills and fact finding skill
