Position Objective:

To support team leader to achieve the aim of the team in daily operation; To handle special IT projects; To leverage suitable methods, tools, and human resources for achieving TS goal in various area.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Supporting Technical Support team leader to conduct the following tasks:

2. Company IT (Network/Server/DB/Cloud) Operations:

- Work with group IT technical SME,  managed service vendors like IBM/BT/Microsoft ensure existing TSS Infra environment (Networking, Cabling, Server/DB, Cloud etc) availability, SLA meet defined objective. Or planned project/change request delivery on time with good quality  

- Work with security team managing the Integrity and security (vulnerability management, security batches etc) of the LAN, desktop/server infrastructure according to group standards and policy. 

- Support Azure cloud project 

a. Provide analysis and project plan for project requirements. Assist Company or its Affiliates in project planning, resource coordination, progress tracking, and delivery acceptance of third-party suppliers

b. Construction and maintenance of the Azure work environment; 

c. Liaise with and track Company’s external suppliers (IBM/BT/Microsoft) to deliver quality deliverables and services in Azure cloud

d. Provide change support to the Company’s Azure environment, assure quality integration with other on-pre-and Cloud computing resources

e. Carry out Cloud incident resolution and resolution timely and effectively, recommend to Company and implement preventive and corrective remedy to the incidents.

f. Azure cloud implement and maintain the automation and scripts

- Other special project support like MPLS Network upgrade, Service security check in, Data privacy like Endpoint security system implementation etc. 

- Providing IT consulting to user departments and regional infrastructure teams. 

- Providing coordination of office cabling, renovation and re-location tasks.

- Share team workload on end user service. Experience in Remote Desktop Tools/support Windows applications/supporting Microsoft Office components.

Minimum Job Requirements:

- University graduates with in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or equivalent

- At least 5-10 years of experience in an Infrastructure related role, preferably in Financial Services, and with actual experiences in 2-3 of the following areas

a. Host and servers including Unix, SUSE Linux, REDHAT Linux, Ubuntu, MS Windows

b. Data bases – SYBASE, MS SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, NOSQL, REDIS, ORACLE, Cassandra

c. Cloud – Azure, Hadoop, SPARK, Mapreduce, DOCKER, Kubernetes, Prometheus etc. 

- Sound ability to analyze, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.

- Project management experience to manage external vendor and driven things to move ahead. 

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.

- Strong customer service focus and a good team player
