• Basic Microsoft skill like Word, Excel and so on. (VBA skill is preferred)

• Good communication skill will be highly needed. Pass CET-4, confident with both English read & write (Cantonese communication is preferred)

• Excellent problem-solving, rapid learning ability and analytical skills.

• Experience about used many various Apps.

• Internship lasts at least three months & ensure that your attendance is not less than three days per week. (More attendance days is preferred)

Be responsible to AIA HK Vitality BAU support, includes

• T3 support, to help resolve the system issues and technical issue which are reported by Vitality members

• Help to record the missing benefit which are reported by Vitality members

• Communicate with technical vender to investigate and fix the issue root cause and Bug of system.

• Audit support which focus on the medical checks of Vitality members

職位描述：

主要負責AIA HK Vitality（App）日常系統(tǒng)支持，包括但不限于以下范圍：

1. T3日常系統(tǒng)支持，幫助客服上報及解決App會員反饋的系統(tǒng)及技術(shù)問題

2. 協(xié)助記錄客服上報App會員反饋的獎賞缺失問題

3. 與外包技術(shù)公司進行溝通，調(diào)查系統(tǒng)錯誤原因及解決系統(tǒng)Bug

4. 審查會員上報的不符合會員協(xié)議的圖片
