• Perform collection activities according to Collection department related work guideline and P&P, collect past due amount, protect asset of the bank. 按照催收部相關(guān)工作指引和政策流程的要求聯(lián)絡客戶，催收逾期款項，維護銀行資產(chǎn)；
• Contact customers by telephone or other applicable means, assess the individual circumstances and decide upon an appropriate course of action. This will include determining reasons for non-payment, negotiating payment arrangements, offering suggestions to customers on how to meet their obligations and advising them as to the possible consequences of not meeting the obligations.通過電話或其他可用途徑聯(lián)系客戶，評估其個體情況，確定合適的行動方案，包括確定為付款的原因，商討付款計劃、為客戶該如何履行其義務提供建議、說明未履行義務的后果等；
• Exercise good judgment on assessing client’s specific situation, recommend timely actions or other collection activity where appropriate. 對客戶個體情況評估進行判斷，建議采取及時的措施或其他恰當?shù)拇呤辗椒ā?/li>

任職要求：

• College degree or above, with at least 1 year experience of telephone collection or banking contact center. 大專以上學歷，一年以上電話催收或銀行呼叫中心工作經(jīng)驗；
• Excellent Interpersonal, communication, process and negotiation skills. 出色的人際交往和溝通能力、處理和談判技巧；
• With team spirit, be proactive, determined, excellent execution and ability to facilitate business running. 富團隊協(xié)作精神，積極主動，處事果斷，具出色的執(zhí)行、推動力；
• Good collection knowledge and skill, good learner. 良好的催收業(yè)務知識和技巧，學習能力強。

• Fluency in Cantonese and English 流利的粵語和英語
