Roles and Responsibilities:

？ Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet

changing needs and requirements

？ Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities

？ Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a medium scale project and

scope

？ Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client

？ Effectively apply suitable methodology and enforce project standards

？ Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures

？ Minimize the exposure and risk on project

？ Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

？ Track and report team hours and expenses on an aligned basis

？ Manage project budget by analyzing project profitability, revenue, margins,

bill rates and utilization

？ Understand the pricing model and billing procedures

？ Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization

？ Contribute to identify business development

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

？ University degree or above in IT or related disciplines

？ Minimum 8 years IT working experience, at least 4 years in project

management or 2 years of supervisory experience

Knowledge & Skills

？ Understanding of Project Finance e.g. OpEx, CapEx, Amortization, benefit,

KPIs etc

？ Proficiency on using a project management toolkit to manage resources,

budget, change process and incident

？ Good command of English both in oral and written

？ Effective communication and interview skills

？ Good presentation skill

？ Project management skill

？ Problem solving skill
