崗位職責:

? Drive latest TSS PM tools (i.e. JIRA etc.) and platform DevSecOps implementation with PM process and apply the PM dashboard for project management improvement
? Manage initial project management communication and planning with AIA Business Units for the emerging projects
? Assist SBU head/PM to understand the needs and to be able to transform them to software development requirements
? Monitor and oversee Technology Organization Guidelines (SourceSafe, Documentation, Libraries, Revision Management, Quality)
? Assist SBU head for the project responsibility to meet the Budget, Cost and Time (post-sales)
? Support / cooperation for SBU Head & project managers in estimation, documentation, approvals, delivery etc.

? General Objective: add value to realize the company goals
Knowledge & experience:
? Project management background with Software architect capabilities
? Good knowledge about JIRA and DevSecOps
? Good knowledge about agile development methodology based on Scrum
? Good knowledge about development and production processes
Skills:
? Strong consulting skills to discuss and convince user about solutions and options
? Knowledge in processes to define standard software and versioning of software packages - dependency of individual software based on standard software packages
Personal skills:
? Leader people management
? Pro-active and innovative attitude
? Strong team-worker interfaces to User, SBU head, PM and technical colleague
? Understanding different cultural behavior in the team but a leader assertive for the project towards the customer
? Strong communication, consulting and interpersonal skills
? Nice to have: Programming skills in Java, VB, or .NET
? Language skills: Proficient oral and written Chinese and English communication skills
