更新日期:2021-05-25Undertaking responsibility for evaluation, and technical support of PC/desktop (Windows 10), Networking, and cabling technology.
Managing the Integrity and security of the LAN, desktop infrastructure. Update and maintain the hardware and software inventory.
Providing IT consulting to user departments and regional infrastructure teams via Voice or Email channels.
Providing coordination of office cabling, renovation and re-location tasks.
Liaising with users for their requirements in employing IT technology and setting up of IT environment.
Providing training to users of using PC and IT services.
Maintain the Patch deployment.
Perform helpdesk workflow procedures. Experience in Remote Desktop Tools/support Windows applications/supporting Microsoft Office components.
Microsoft Azure Cloud service support experience is required
