1.      Drive the DevOps implementation in company.

2.      Provide DevOps solution to AIA Business Units.

3.      Lead DevOps solution implementation project for AIA Business Unit.

4.      Defining plan of process improvement activity and lead the execution and make sure the outcome.

5.      Study and introduce industry automation tools into company as standard tool. Set up corresponding guideline and process and provide training to application team.

6.      Implement other process improvement related activities
