崗位職責(zé):

1. Undertake complex RQA reviews of CDD, Triggers and Thematic/Ad-Hoc Reviews to a high quality in line with stated procedures and guidance.
2. Robust identification of FCR, undertaking all actions necessary to mitigate potential risks via RQA reviews of CDD, Triggers and Thematic/Ad Hoc Reviews.
3. Support GB and CMB RMs and Teams on FCR risk management and generally assisting them with the resolution of compliance and operational risk problems in liaison with local FCC, FIU and other SMEs.
4. Provide guidance and support to GB and CMB Relationship Managers in conjunction with experts across the financial crime divisions, and other offices.

1. Degree holder and with Related experience of Financial Crime Compliance, AML, KYC, Customer Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence, Sanctions in Wholesale and Commercial Banking. Strong knowledge of of quality testing, assurance, Compliance and audit.
2. Ability to apply judgement and critical thought to identify risks and issues in customer profiles. Solid knowledge and experience in processes, Bank systems and/or project management.
3. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Extremely keen eye for detail. Strong organizational, time management skill. Organized, logical thinker and intimate understanding of the business environment.
4. Strong interpersonal sensitivity. Strong written / verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong business writing and communication skills in communicating with GB/ CMB RMsFluency in Putonghua, Cantonese and English with ability to read Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
5. CAMS, CFE, or other equivalent qualificaiton would be an advantage.
