Design, Build & Support (DBS) is a global IT and Change function responsible for the delivery of strategic, regulatory, BAU and service sustaining change, as well as the ongoing support of the platform supporting the HSBC Securities Services business.

1. To provide analysis, definition and communication of business and system requirements, perform testing on the system deliverables to ensure the acceptance level for users, and provide business analysis support in Accounting and Valuation systems for new and existing clients;
2. To work out optimized solution for enhancement relating to core business applications to adapt the new requirement from business;
3. To provide change transition support to business and client users of those systems during project guarantee period
4. To provide consultancy to local HBSC Securities Services operation teams on system enhancement to streamline their efficiency and improve quality;
5. To engage with the stakeholders to ensure team is aware of the changing expectations and challenges.


任職資格:

1. Bachelor degree or above; preferably in IT, financial, accounting or related discipline;
2. Experience in business analysis/promoject management with demonstrated interest in application change management and support and problem resolution;
3. Excellent analytical and problem solving ability with good working knowledge of information technology, e.g. Agile/DevOps;
4. Good knowledge in project management, system implementation, process review or operation management would be an advantage;
5. Good communication and interpretation skills in English and Mandarie; Cantonese would be a plus;
6. *candidate with 5+ yrs experience would be preferentially considerred as Senior BA.
