Responsibilities:
- To provide operational support and troubleshooting on Wintel servers and desktop management solution.
- To provide support on ad hoc project task.
- To provide hands-on DR (Disaster Recovery) and BCP (Business Continuity Planning) drill support.
- To handle software upgrade.

Requirements:
- University graduate in computer science or equivalent. Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with MCSE preferred.
- 4 years IT experiences in supporting Window based systems and applications, including both Server and Desktop level.
- Solid experience in server Hardware and Software, especially in Microsoft Technologies such as Active Directory, SharePoint, SCCM and system scripting.
- Hands on experience on VMware ESX server setup, administration and VM instance management.
- Hands on experience on daily Windows server administration including security control, backup operations (EMC Legato) and patch deployment etc.
- Hands on experience on McAfee products (ePO, Safeboot, Anti-Virus, etc.).
- Being a good team player and willing to offer quality service to end-users. Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and spoken communication in both English and Chinese.
- Proactive, Energetic, Willing to travel, Team work spirit, Stable, Mature.
