崗位職責(zé):

1. The execution of process improvement projects to drive efficiency across wholesale banking including product & operations teams.
2. Supporting the identification of key opportunities, agreeing prioritised improvement areas/actions and working with other technical teams on solution design and delivery plan.
3. Ensuring benefits are captured throughout project lifecycle and realised at project closure.
4. Development and delivery of Process Engineering training (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc).
Provision of coaching and mentoring for staff with regards to operational excellence projects and mindset.

1. Industry recognized technical certifications of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (minimum Black Belt certification required).
2. Demonstrable experience of training and coaching others in process improvement.
Good knowledge of Commercial bank's business model, the customer proposition, the channels and operations and the key financial performance drivers.
3. Strong experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation.
4. Strong knowledge and experience of process mapping, process design and process reengineering.
5. Experience or exposure to Commercial Banking operations advantageous.
Proven experience of designing and embedding operational process improvements"
6. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Strong coaching and mentoring skills to motivate/inspire staff.
