The Sales Quality role is responsible for assessing whether the customer outcomes for product sales are in line with HSBC internal standards and regulatory requirements.
The role sits as part of the team responsible for ensuring the bank aligns around our clients to deliver a high quality and robust service.

1. Responsible for enforcing sales guidelines and sales compliance, monitoring of sales process, and conducting quality control checking.
2. Managing various sales quality reports.
3. Developing, maintaining and executing quality assurance programme/procedures for the frontline sales to ensure the Bank's standards are fully complied with.
4. Cultivating the enforcement of sales compliance fulfilment and sales best practices in the appropriate Global Business Function.
5. Ensuring focused leadership across the business, to ensure delivery of an excellent customer experience.
6. Promoting, fostering and monitoring sales compliance and sales integrity.

1. Appropriate local certifications and/or licenses for Sales/Risk roles
2. Knowledge of Financial Services/industry/products/regulations
3. Strong analytical ability
4. Good command in English and Chinese (including speaking Cantonese & Putonghua)
5. Ability to understand urgency and prioritisation
6. Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese typing is preferable
