1. Working knowledge of SMT, COB and assembly process with result-oriented attitude that achieve through team concept Skills/activities.
2. Good analytical mindset and problem-solving skill,  have quality management knowledge of MSA, Control plan, FMEA, APQP, SPC, 8D etc.
3. Good communication skill, able to communicate in oral and written English.
4. Degree/Diploma in engineering discipline, preferable 3 years' experience in the Quality related or engineering field.
5. Understanding on Quality Management System (ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485, ISO14001, etc..) will be an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITY:      

1. Quality Planning. Leader in New Product Introduction process (AQP/APQP System) and assure tasks were completed accordingly. Work out process control plan with engineering team.
2. Quality Control. Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem,  and implement and drive internal corrective actions.
3. Corrective Action Support - Drive corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross-sectioning, dimensional analysis, or other means. In addition, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions. Interface customer for smooth communication to fully understand customer Requirement and expectation, assist workcell manager and BUM to solve Business issue on behalf of quality
4. To fulfill and complete all other Quality related tasks assigned by his/her direct superior or Function QA Manager and to assure execution of Quality Management System such as ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, Product Regulatory, etc.. via daily routine tasks and audits.
5. To train Quality Technician, IPQA, IPQC, OBA and IQC on the customer quality requirement and Quality Management System requirement.
6. Workcell QE lead customer product, process and quality system Audit.

責任:

1.質量計劃。領導新產品導入過程(AQP/APQP體系)并確保任務的完成。與工程團隊一起制定工藝控制計劃。

2.質量控制。監(jiān)控整個生產線的工藝產量。識別和幫助解決產量下降的問題，并實施和推動內部糾正措施。

3.糾正措施支持-通過根本原因分析，截面分析，尺寸分析或其他方法來推動糾正措施。此外，必要時與客戶溝通以確保糾正措施的驗證。與客戶進行順暢溝通，充分了解客戶的需求和期望，協(xié)助車間經理和銷售經理代表質量部門解決業(yè)務問題

4.完成直接上級或職能QA經理交辦的其他質量相關工作，確保質量管理體系如ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949，產品法規(guī)等的執(zhí)行。通過日常任務和審計。

5.對質量技術員、IPQA、IPQC、OBA和IQC進行客戶質量要求和質量管理體系要求的培訓。

6.領導客戶的產品，過程和質量體系審核。
